MB "Restoranu iranga" strives to make the use of the e-store www.restoranu.eu as simple and convenient as possible. MB "Restoranu iranga" collects and processes the following personal data that you directly provide when registering and (or) ordering goods in our e-store or ordering goods by other means (e.g., by phone, email): name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, consent or refusal to receive the newsletter, account number, payment and delivery information, and other data you provide voluntarily when registering and (or) ordering goods.
We also collect and process the following personal data that you indirectly provide when registering and (or) ordering goods in the e-store, i.e., these data are automatically collected from the computers and (or) mobile devices you use when logging into your Account: date and time of visits, language, login IP address, collected loyalty points, used browser and its version, reviews, and lists of products that were selected as favorites. These data are needed to recognize if you have already registered in the e-store and for statistical purposes to know how often and when you last logged in, and which products you were interested in.
On what legal basis do we collect personal data?
MB "Restoranu iranga", in processing personal data, follows the requirements for personal data processing established in the Personal Data Legal Protection Act of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as other legal acts related to personal data protection. This includes compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, dated April 27, 2016) concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, applicable from May 25, 2018.

However, the security of information transmitted via the internet or mobile communication cannot be guaranteed; any information transferred to us by these means is done at your own risk. In cases where individuals are provided with passwords (or when they choose their own) that enable access to certain functions of the online store, individuals are responsible for the confidentiality of those passwords. The company kindly requests individuals not to disclose or share passwords with third parties.
From what sources do we collect your personal data?
